300 hectares (740+/- acres) of largely undeveloped building land with lots of potential

Our gorgeous, natural, idyllic piece of land in the hills of Maldonado, Uruguay is located in the triangle between San Carlos, Aigua and Garzón/Rocha.

This quiet location enjoys views of the gently rolling countryside and offers a place where rest and refreshment are guaranteed. The proximity to popular Punta del Este and the still wildly romantic resort town of José Ignacio offers plenty of opportunities for a change of pace. This gem covers the gamut from absolute retreat from the world to the highlife and parties, the Atlantic ocean with its seals, whales and penguins, climbing the sand dunes, riding horseback on your own land or along what seems like endless, mostly secluded sandy beaches, enjoying culinary delights along the coast as well as in inland in towns such as Garzón.

This property is in an absolutely quiet location consisting of 300 hectares (740+/- acres) of natural grounds with stunning views that on a clear day extend to the sea, 35 km (22 miles) away. The majority of the property is made up of unique, pristine bushveld scrub land traversed by beautiful streams with their own places that invite you to linger. Across the entire property, there are countless palm trees, breathtaking views of places that could also be used for the tourist trade, for example, as sites for chalets or restaurants surrounded by the magnificent natural landscape and the many bird species that will draw in the bird watchers. The variety of bird species, especially birds of prey, is greater than in many other places. The variety of birds, especially those of birds of prey, are to be found in other places in the world. Species found here include the almost extinct kodkod (guiña) cats, boars, capybaras, rheas and many others. There are also many endemic plant species, especially grasses, some of which have not been scientifically classified. We have also planted a small olive grove as well as other trees typical of the region.
